xPiano+ and xPiano are updated

I updated xPiano+ and xPiano, piano applications for Android today.
I won't add new features in xPiano, but I'll fix bugs.

Changes
Add link to Help Page : I created Help Page(User Manual) and add a link to this in applications.
Bug fix in recording function:Invalid characters in a saved file name causes failure.
